Register

Complete our simple registration form found under “Begin Care.” We’ll reach out within one business day to get you matched with a licensed provider in your state. Look for a call from (844) 866-8336!

Meet

Get to know your provider during the first appointment. During the intake you’ll complete assessments to better understand your goals for therapy. By the end of the first visit, you’ll have a plan for care and future appointments scheduled.

Continue Care

See your provider face-to-face over our HIPAA-compliant Zoom platform and continue to work towards your goals with sessions every week, two weeks, or monthly — from the comfort of your home.
