My goal is to create a safe space where patients feel seen, heard, and supported. I want to empower individuals to reclaim their voice, agency, and sense of self.

I became a mental health professional because I want to support those who’ve felt unseen, unheard, or alone in their struggles. I want to help those navigating trauma, family dysfunction, or emotional pain with no clear path forward. My goal is to be a steady guide and a reminder that healing is possible.

I believe mental wellness is about coming home to yourself. It’s a vital part of health, rooted in self-awareness, emotional regulation, and the ability to form healthy connections. In short, you don’t have to navigate the pain alone.
